Breaking also known as Breakdance, BBoying or Bgirling, is a acrobatic dancestyle. Together with Rap, Graffiti and DJ’ing it forms the 4 elements of HipHop. Within Breaking the goal is to find your own style, originality and expression. Breaking is often a competitive dance in the form of battles. In 2024 Breaking will be part of the Olympics for the first time in history.

The teacher of this lesson is Sam. Sam is a 20-year-old boy who is part of the crew the Fresh Allstars with whom he trains and competes. He has been teaching Saturday classes at On the One for 4 years now and still looks forward to all Saturdays!
